Trying Harder / Seventy HoursA Poem by B30Just a song I thought maybe I could be using for my band. Not sure what you guys think? I'd like to know about your interpretation as well.Seventy hours are spent on making this Tower, who could've possibly Be greater than what you are thinking of achieving Howard, where is your party Gown, they're down the f*****g drain Here we become another psycho-maniac again Sometimes, I spend too much Sometimes, I need your, your rusted eyebrows They sweat like mushed mouths Sometimes, I regretted all the things I said But practice makes it a little bit perfect Cause' after all, I'm only trying harder Can you fly me a jet suit, I wanna' leave this Earth I wanna' be with myself for the most part But you are still the fence between me And myself Why won't you be tumbling down I'm only trying harder, I'm only giving Christmas But you're still in the way of my plans I'm only halfway flattered, ingenuity squandered But thanks to you, I'm always back on my two feet They should've called me in They should've checked me when I called in sick They were just sighs and relieves on the deck They're sweating in Rome's latest digital tech I'm taking points all across the board And I felt like I'm still not worthy However I've done all that I can And I hope this future's pretty Only time will tell Only I can live in hell But pictures aren't really that perfect If you ask a black-eyed child I'm only doing what I recall Not you're favourite anymore Do you still remember me Or am I just a distant entity So here's a present Open it up and fathom Your dreams collection I hope you like them
