Memories Of Beloved Melodies (Pentameter Version)

A Poem by B-poet

We're often in awe of tuned nostalgia

Daydreaming to the wonders of bliss a

Joyful scene of belated cheerfulness

Takes us back to a time frame where all fond

Innocence shaped the Eden within our

Mind's mental pond reflective imagery

Shows us at what age we were when we stood

As ourselves adorning the artistry's

I do this always I'm lost in the 60's and 70's as far as music goes seems we all have a better time to reflect upon, though some through reasons beyond their control haven't got that time in their life so we as writers have a duty to create it for them in how we write nice poem B-poet

I loved it - as I read I thought of many things in my past; how things have changed over time; new perspectives have developed; some things were better; change does occur as I reflect upon the mirror of my youth. Thank you. Insightful. Dale

You pleasantly evoke each reader's nostalgic memories. I agree with the other reviewers that this has a lovely flow.

A couple of small items:
"Seen" should be "scene."
"Shows us at age we where when we stood" --> s/b "Shows us at [the] age we [were] when we stood."

Wonderful example of a poem with a flowing rhythm that matches its smooth diction and pleasant theme.
