Disheartening Associations (Version 2 - One Word Revision)

Disheartening Associations (Version 2 - One Word Revision)

A Poem by B-poet

It's unfortunate

Being stabbed in the back

By a fellow acquaintance

In remembrance

Of a false friendship

Turned opportunistic

Forever ruins

A valued perception

Of brethren companionship

Within ourselves

Painting

An unlikely portrait

Where trust issues

Are routinely vulnerable due to

The provocation of

Disheartening Associations

Our egos can be rough masters to conquer. They lash out, often at the one's we hold dearest. Thought-proovking write, Bpoet.
