The Venting Cascades (Part 2)

The Venting Cascades (Part 2)

A Poem by B-poet

The bottled message rehashed

At the bottom cascades shoreline

Where I opened it only to find

What I've been forever waiting for

All this time

Yearning to explore the notion that

No good deed goes unrewarded

Even if it's been done in

The past, present, or future

Concerns of what will eventually be

Tangible within reality

At the right time for all eyes to see

The destiny for all onlookers

Who've witnessed

A miracle within a bottle fallen down below

Will experience

The ambiance of a enigmatic venting cascade

Where best intentions have gone astray too

The availability of today's strangers

Being willingly

Carried along with a stream of well-wisher takers

Existing as themselves

Stealing truthful desires from everyone else

They're constantly working to define the social gravity

For our existing culture to date

After each previous and individually placed message

Within floating bottles full of intellectual wealth

Went down into The Venting Cascades

Indefinitely becoming someone else's keepsake

I'm glad that you tied things up with this Part 2, which has a very different feel to me than Part 1 for some reason. I love the slightness of the emotion and the almost sublime nature of the flow. Well expressed and completely enjoyed!

I have to ask.. Has anyone found mine? Because I am still sitting here in the sand, under this scrubby tree, sipping coconut milk. No man is an island. Yet, that doesn't stop one from being stranded on them. :)

Now, with Part 2 you have told the rest of the story. I expressly like the emotion you display upon first opening the bottle and finding exactly what you were seeking. :)

This was an intriguing combination (1 & 2) write of hope, desire, expectation and commonality of the general world at hand.
