Throughout the backdrop

Of a socialized canvass

Stands an intriguing figure

Who's having a chance

To win an internal battle of emotional chess

The purpose for this

Remains key

For setting up his own morale

Universal decorative standard

While vowing to empower

And promote a need for

Positive social consciousness

Because the greatest test of all

Will be the focus needed for

Getting over set hurdles

Within life's uncertainty

Obstacle course for promoting blinding pitfalls

Of regret and remorse

Set up to strengthen one's character

Will falter by the waste side

Because reaching # 90

Will set the tide

As it's coming in

For illuminating my poetic dreams shoreline

Of the masterpiece possibilities

That have yet to be written

In the present time of a poet's prime
