Dying Just To Live Again

Dying Just To Live Again

A Poem by B-poet

Making it to the grandstands

Of eternity

Is a reminder that we're only here

For the sake of

Dying Just To Live Again

There's a spin on this metamorphosis

Like seeing the sight

Of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly

So it can experience

A greater peace while flying in sky

Freely

Never-ever being subjected to scrutiny

Of any kind

Is a true reminder as to why

Our civil duties within our lifetime

Need to be fulfilled

Before the final day of preparation

Sponsored by freewill

Regarding our exit date

Merits the fact that

Before going on display

In the midst of fellow friends and brethren

Whose lives were influenced by our presence

Have come to pay their last respects

With class

While presently participating in

A universal blessed aspect

Described as

A short-term living privilege

Everyone has

Called you've touched my life

And now we're all saying good-bye

While at the same

Their cherishing the fact that they'll be

Dying just to live again

So they too can join their dearly departed friend

One day once again in the serenity

Of the afterlife

Beautiful poem, the ending really touches my heart. It's sad to know but uplifting to think about!
