Dreams UnfulfilledA Poem by B-poetHow would it really feel To leave this life with our dreams unfulfilled Did divine intervention Take a back seat From the feats of our decisions and conquests That were incomplete in a restricted social atmosphere Solidifying regrets That set the stage for our lives Within our lifetime Or did living up to the hype Of our deeds done in the dark as well as daylight Find an inadvertent way Into a realm named unfulfilled dreams Denied from the start In part To a undeniable cause Called existing within the corridors Of a maze With each and every door Labeled innocence lost Dare to enter and endure the cost Of humanity's fall from grace Since dreams are just a factious twist on our present reality's fate
