In the Fall

I learned to crawl

As I came into the world

A beginner

When the following Winter

Approached

I was in awe of what could be possible for me

So then in the Spring

I grew a little taller and began listening

To daily random conversations publicly

About the wonderment of life

Amongst the living mass majority

Of people who befriended me

While I peeked through a social window of an intriguing opportunity

So maybe later I could spread my character wings

Fly away and become somebody

Within society

But then

Finally Summer decided

To show itself and reign supreme

Because the chance to become illustrious

As a world renowned poet

Had occurred to me

Before my very own eyes

With perfect timing
