A Chess Piece

A Chess Piece

A Poem by Benyoucef
"

All the flaws that a humanbeing may commit are justifiable, you steal to feed yourself; to survive, you kill to live, but the only stupid flaw is racism, it's got no reason at all

"

Opposite sides, same ground

Opposite colors, same image

All was moved making no sound

A war took place in this fantasy village

Winning is tasteless

so there’ll never be peace

If black or white

then you are a chess piece

Very nice composition here .... I like the idea of comparing colors and image with race
But even the game of chess has flaws. What color has the advantage ? Who gets the first move all the time. Who gets to attack and who has to defend all the time.
