First unborn child

she smiled rubbing her stomach

when she felt a pain so subtle

it was ignored

she  then felt another that made her vision blurred

looking down she saw blood and her heart was filled with dread 

she screamed no no not  her baby  she begged and pled 

the only  happiness she had left 

the blood soaked the floor as she lost the one thing she learned to love best 

her baby boy, a piece of her gone 

yet still she had to clean it up and act on

through a dreadful act he was made 

but the thought of he little bundle had made the pain fade

she never knew how to tell her family or  friends

scared her relationship with them would end 

she kept him a secret for 4 weeks

she dreamt of holding him caressing his small cheeks

but  it was ended  no longer a mother at 14

she lost a love that will forever be un seen 

she cried every night secretly mourning the lost of her firstborn child
