The Wall

I build a wall

And then conceal

The things I think

The way I feel

 

The water’s building

Up behind

And if it breaks

Then you may find

 

It needs support

It’s not that strong

But I have known that

All along

 

But  you still see it

Proud and tall

And you will never

See it fall

Just a thought: saying "ways I feel" (instead of "way I feel) complements the plurality of "things" in the previous line.

Your mind plays well with your own deepen insights. Loved the analogies of your wordy-productions. So much you've portrayed 'pon hearts through the single beam of your poetry. Excellent. A very great message either you've sent to the rest of the words in guise of your poetry. Means, everyone needs some kinda support to stand with their POVs... so likelihood the wall, people should either stand on their visions with much belief's so that no other pal could take it away off you what's just yous: "The Visions". However, sometimes, the wall goes broken so do hearts... and blah.. blah.. blah. What a beautiful concept you've come up with. Short... simple but very effective for sure.
