My First Reaction To Herobrine

My First Reaction To Herobrine

A Story by Arizona Hidalgo-Crowe

One day when I was playing Minecraft, I heard a really freaky noise. "What was that?" I thought to myself as I played. It felt like my brothers could read my mind or something because they said something like "Oh the sounds you are hearing are probably Herobrine." Since this happened years ago, I can't remember the exact details. Despite being a little afraid, I didn't turn to look at them or question them. About a few days later, curiosity got the better of me. While at my Aunt's place, I wanted to learn more about this entity I was hearing about. Finally, I clicked on Google Images... big mistake at the time. "This must be what the boys were talking about." I told my Aunt and Uncle as I showed them a picture. I was apparently so scared that I retreated into the next room, and I told my Uncle "Please... Please take that picture off there. Close the tab, open a new one, or just close the entire internet browser." Since I was so scared at the time, I quit playing Minecraft for a few days. When I found out Herobrine wasn't real, I asked myself "What is he then?" Now that was when I discovered Creepypasta stories. At the time, I didn't want to look more into it. So, I told myself to keep that term in mind for when I was ready for horror like that. Honestly, I am glad Herobrine isn't real because I love playing Minecraft. I don't ever want to quit Minecraft again, well unless something really scary get put into the game. then I'll consider that option.
