what do you think of the ambient noises the original Xbox plays

Honestly, I think that the sounds you hear on the original Xbox dashboard are really cool. Some people may say that the sounds are just there to creep gamers out, but Microsoft claims that they are recordings from NASA during the Apollo days. Apparently the recordings are public domain audio. Well back to what I think of the audio. Like I said at the beginning, I think the sounds are cool. Yeah I see why people think it's creepy. However, I think that some people are looking too far into the sounds. When I heard the audio one night when I fell asleep with the Xbox and TV on, I slept just fine because I thought the sounds were relaxing. Before I heard what some people thought about the audio, my theory was that the sounds were just there to give the console a unique feel to it. Kind of like how Microsoft wanted to add sounds to make it sound like a console out of this world. Sometimes I think that people should not think about the sounds too much because it would probably just result in a headache or something. I think that they should enjoy the Xbox if they have one. I know I did. Sometimes looking too deep into the audio may ruin the chances of the console being a fun thing to have. However, that's just my opinion.
