What's your Favorite Sonic Game? Why?

My favorite Sonic The Hedgehog game is Sonic Heroes. Before I get into the reasons why, I just want to say that it was a close call between Sonic Heroes and Sonic Riders. In another writing, I will state why I like Sonic Riders. Now, Back to Sonic Heroes! I like Sonic Heroes because it's entertaining, not too hard, and it has good stories. Well, except for the same old story of Big the Cat trying to find his frog. First reason I will go over is that it's entertaining! I love this game because of how much it entertains me. I really like the abilities the power characters are given. Such as Knuckles punching things, or doing his triangle dive. A triangle dive is what Knuckles and Omega use to get their team past the "fan" sections in the level. I really like how each speed character has a unique jump. Technically it's called a tornado jump, but the speed characters of team Rose and Team Chaotix do different things. It's just really entertaining trying to complete all the stages in the game, as well as the final boss Metal Sonic. Despite having to play the same stages four times as well as trying to collect 7 chaos emeralds, It is fun because each team represents a different difficulty as well as Team Chaotix bringing something new to the table. Team Rose is the easiest, Team Sonic is the normal difficulty, and Team Dark is the hardest. Heck. Just trying to knock out Eggman's robots is fun. Next, It's not too hard. Honestly, the game isn't too hard to play. It's a casual game where you will get better with practice. If you are new to the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise, I recommend you start with Team Rose to get a grip on how the controls work. Once you get a grip on the game, you can progress to the other teams as well. Just keep in mind what I was saying about difficulty as I was explaining how entertaining the game is. The Final boss Metal Sonic is challenging, but it may become easy as you figure out how to defeat him. Also it may become easier if you play the game over and over again to get a few practice runs in. Lastly, let's talk about the stories. Team Sonic is the usual story in the franchise. Dr. Eggman is up to no good again, and he invites Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles to go stop him. Team Dark's story includes the flight character trying to find treasure, and Omega is locked up to guard Shadow. The speed character Shadow wakes up, and Omega starts attacking him. Shadow dodges the attacks as the power character Omega keeps attacking. Rouge the flight character stops the fight, and the three team up for many reasons. Now Team Rose. Amy Rose is just going about her business thinking about Sonic while Creme the rabbit and Big the cat are looking for their buddies. Yep. Once again, Big loses his Frog he named Froggy. So the three set out on an adventure to look for the missing friends, and to find Sonic. For a bit of a twist, Team Chaotix is a whole different territory. The team is running a detective agency, and is looking for work. They receive work from a strange client, and they set off to complete the tasks they are given. That is all I am going to say about the story because I don't want to spoil everything about the game. One thing... The teams discover an even bigger threat than Eggman. Play the game to see. Now that is why Sonic Heroes is my favorite game in the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise. If you take the time to play the game, you may see why I like it so much.
