Hidden

What my fears cause me to hide.

I feel so hopeless
I feel confused and afraid
where should I go from here?
Tons of bruises, lots of cuts,
and bitter feelings and memories
that life's storms have lost
I remember well their voices,
they yell inside my mind.
I hear them every time,
I think of escaping into death
I am angry and violent,
I am hurt and depressed,
I have these suppressed feelings
of distress and unrest
those pains still ache
and hurt my wounded and failing heart
these feelings cause me to cry,
I toss in my sleep.

hey i dont know you and I dont know what youre exactly going through right now, but I write a lot of encouraging poetry for my friends and I used poetry as way to get myself out of depression.
