Hurricane

Hurricane

A Poem by Ayamey

I was a storm
a hurricane
he couldn't dance in
my rain
he didnt know
wasn't very old
broke my heart
tore my soul.

He was my sunshine
every cloudy day
I was bitter lime
ruining his plate.
Caused easiness when I left
but he wasn't the same
one simple fact:
He loved rainy days.

Years passed
I eased the storm
found love that lasts
soul reborn
changed my direction
one last time
found myself being
sweet not lime.

I feared solitude
so alone I became
faced the magnitude
of a single player game
kissed loneliness deeply
slept well with my tears
He came back to accompany
after so many years

Yes, I was a hurricane
sweeped the earth with disaster
misery from where I came
and broken, hurt b******s.
after the pain
and the bloody deep wounds
he came back again
because he, and only he
loved me when I was a hurricane
now he's dancing in my rain.
