Cheers To A Broken Heart

Cheers To A Broken Heart

A Poem by Aya Blue

Cheers
To the very first time we kissed,
To the first time we held hands.
To the day that I met her
And the first night we spent together.
The thought of her will forever wisp in my mind,
And the taste of her will always linger on my lips.
Her long hair and love for me is chained to the past,
She cut it off, as she did to me.
Make myself sick to show her She will get better,
Stand in the cold to tell her I love her,
Build her mansions for her to have shelter,
But still she Leaves me. A lone lover.
Never did I give up,
Not once through everything she threw at me.
I was strong for us both.
I held her up when she was weak,
I protected her from being beat.
But still,
When i was weak she left me there to be beaten.
But I will always love her,
And she will never be forgotten.

Some painful aches're plucked up off the tree of broken heart. It's quiet hard to sustain the life with such hardcore heartaches cause, neither they let you live nor let you die but always keep you half dead and half alive. Nicely pen`d! ;)
