Haunted

Better off dead,

For I am aware of my eternal loneliness,

Better off dead,

Because all too well do I know this loneliness,

Better off dead

For comparison to others haunts me,

Better off dead,

For ever endeavour in my life fails me

Or rather I fail  it.

Sad poem. I always find it sad when people have to compare themselves to others. Each person is unique in my opinion with their own special ways. Would be a terrible world if we were all cloned.
