The Wailer's Dialog

The Wailer's Dialog

A Poem by Vesa Lee
"

The death of Socrates as told by Plato.

"

I stumbled through the doorway

Saw the hemlock drip from your eyes
My Love, too late to save you
Your life now extended through mine

Very short, yet I read it almost ten times, I stopped to write something, but I'll probably keep on reading it. Why is this the first review? I found this thought-provoking and interesting, I will read it over and ponder about it all night long, there's so many meanings to this little writing, true, untrue meanings, but that's the magic when writing, isn't it? Giving different perspectives to one same writing. I kept reading all day long all the read requests I left during my "off" time, I finally ended that task, and this, which wasn't recommended, but found, was by far the most interesting writing I read until now. I wish to write more about this, maybe share my thoughts, but I would probably write nonsense (if I'm not writing nonsense yet). Anyway, Marvelous writing, kudos for it. "Kudos"? First time I actually use that word, but it was fitting. Keep on the good work. I start to wonder if this review was too long or not, I should stop writing. Excellent!
