Fear

Fear

A Poem by Avia
"

This is not a description of an external attack, it's of a fight within a person succumbiing to their fears.

"
Fear stricken,
Held down.
Hands shaking,
Head bowed.

Short poems are often the most meaningful!
Everyday there is something that brings fear into our day. It could be the way someone looks at us. It could be the dark clouds in the sky. It could be what we fear the most about ourselves. But the point is, each and every time we feel fear, we can either grow from it, or become victims of fear.
You are a talented writer! Keep up the incredible poems!

Brief and powerful at the same time. Sometimes fear feels like a shackle on all levels. Physical, mental, emotional, and probably spiritual. I believe the day one learns to deal with their fears they become stronger than they've ever been. Excellent piece and keep on writing!

Short poem, influential meaning. We've all been there, we've all lived it- your poem is a beautiful reminder of what we have survived or are surviving.

thanks a lot Raghib
We all go through these times, Avia. It's very Human Nature. The, Inner battle. But, if we endure it, we become a stronger person. More wise, more compassionate. Up's and down's are part of life. Joys and Sorrow's. Light and Dark. Pain and pleasure. Ying and Yang. You and me, me and you. I believe in you. Chin up!!!
