NO FEAR

This poem is about dealing fear and how to overcome it. The inspiration to this take was green lantern.

No Fear 

To be without fear is to live a lie

The term "Fearless" is a false term 

Fear can't be denied 

Fear is one of the strongest human emotions 

It is what makes us who we are as people 

It forces us to examine the demons we fight in our everyday lives

It is the strongest emotion we have to deal with 

But there is a way to get through the fear 

It is called No Fear 

We can see it through the heroes who risk their lives to keep us 

That term is called courage

They didn't do those things because they were without fear

They do it because they have the ability to overcome fear in the face of danger 

Overcoming fear is not jumping out of a plane 

We do it all day long 

And we can rock at overcoming fear

This is such an inspiration! Fear is inevitable, breaking it makes you a hero. Liked it:)

Green Lantern was such an influence on me since I read Rebirth. Like Hal Jordan, I have the ability to overcome fear. Overcoming fear is not jumping out of a plane, we do it all day long. When we get out of our bed in the morning, drive to work, being in a meeting with people we don't want to be with but we do it any way.
