Poetry PromptA Poem by Autumn KWritten in poetry club Enjoy
So I see spiders wearing raindrop hats
I see friends and smiles and love I see fish that look like blankets But then I see.... Myself I see the scars of bullying and self-harm I see the pigment fading from my arms I see..... I see the person people see me as The girl who never got asked to dance The girl who never got asked out The girl who almost ended it all The girl who tells people secrets only to have people give them away The girl who has never truly been.... Happy And so I sit and wait for happiness So I could possibly be as happy As the spiders with raindrop hats © 2013 Autumn KAuthor's Note
