I'm pretty sure this is the only flash fiction I've ever written, and I was buzzed from I'm pretty sure barbiturates that my doctor gave me for an operation, but I'm pretty proud of it.

"
Wiseman said truth was deep in our roots. Nothing was linear anymore. Thoughts like those, annoyed A. He left his house. The thoughts got to him. "Ignorance is bliss." Was his life a lie? Was the only thing left to die? He raged. "Punch the wall and you risk breaking your hand."

He flailed.
People stared.
He yelled his frustration.
Many shed a tear.

Unable to handle, these depressing thoughts, he collapsed.
He punched. His hand bled. Punched again, his hand snapped.

He gave up.
"This is pathetic;
So synthetic."
He walked back to his house.
