Ideas

Ideas

A Poem by Austin Skye Elsborg

Inkblots
Sinking into paper,
Bleeding through the lines,
Like ideas,
Drifting through my mind.

Slowly joining together,
Setting ideas in motion,
Gears in the machine,
To devine the perfect crime.

Ink blots,
Pooling,
Twisting,
Blending together,
Cogs,
To create the perfect rhyme.

Ideas,
Flooding all the lines,
Filling up the paper,
Like ink blots,
Bleeding through my mind.
