Between Compassion and Righteous Wrath

Between Compassion and Righteous Wrath

A Poem by Mother Maggie
"

This comes from emotions and images that came to me while watching footage of erupting lava making the sea boil and seeth.

Author's Note

Mother Maggie
Beneath the steaming, frothing waves
Rushes forth the boiling blood of Gaia
Hot with the rage of a thousand insults
bursting with unchained power-this life force
Charging to meet the salty tears
Her mercy, Her sorrow, Her forgiving compassion

Here in the volital nursery
Where islands are born
In this center--the heart of a vast crucible of tears
Rages this the epic war
Between Her undying love and Her unquenchable wrath
Listen close and you will hear Her eternal heart breaking
