I really enjoyed this. 1st, 3rd, and 4th stanzas were quite good...if anything, I think the 2nd could be stronger, but that's just me being hypercritical....this was a very good piece. Thank you so much for sharing.

The second stanza reflects my belief in the eternal nature of the soul and in re-incarnation--I wanted to state it briefly and simply so that those who believe as I do would get it and that those with more mainstream traditional beliefs wouldn't be made uncomfortable by my 'strange' exotic? beliefs...

Beautiful. Each stanza is like a seperate poem in itself. A single life lived, passing at its concluding line, being reborn in a new incarnation with the begining of each new stanza, yet as ever part of an inseperable whole.
