Strip tease

Author's Note

Mother Maggie
One blink
And the trees turn to flame
One blink
And the morning ground is covered in silver and diamonds
One blink
And Lady Autumn, in all her regalia, rides the changing winds

Here in this time of quickening
Trees blush to begin
Their slow sensual strip tease
Leaf by leaf—shy delicate twigs revealed
As they sway gracefully—almost seductively
In the cold breath of Gaia

Thank for reminding me of the beauty of trees. Such a source of joy and wisdom. I love Terrence Makenna's take on the relationship between humans and trees. He reminds us that the dominant form of conciousness on this planet is plant based. That Gaia created humans as a convenient way of moving seeds around. I tend to agree.

This is just gorgeous. I really love the imagery in it. Who knew nature could be viewed in such a way? Great job!

Maggie, you thrill me again and again.
I can't believe I feel awkward at this moment, having viewed nature in such sensual hues.
So far you don't cease to amaze. At least for me your portrayal and concept were both unique and original in it's view.
Lovin' it Maggie.
Chris
