IkigaiA Poem by AugustCan we be each other's ikigai?
She had brown eyes that seemed to be lost in something
With little eyebags like she had no sleep And lips that could only form something that you can barely call a smile And scars that looked like she was done with the world and its lies. Hands bigger than mine and a fragile heart, She looks so ordinary yet so intriguing. Should I be looking at her so fondly when I know the ending.. © 2024 August |
