this one is raw-ish i dunno i was having a moment yesterday and this poem wrote itself

I took all my love and placed it in a glass bottle. Then I broke it. I hoped that this seemingly foolish act would result in my love dissipating. But it knew its home and reverted back to the origin. My heart.

I noticed a changed in status and my heart
3-5 seconds more and I would've died.
Cause of death
Broken heart. Instead I recessutate myself. I taste the remnants of the upchuck in my mouth.

Love, tastes like bile and results in cardiac...

I don't know that I want to love.

I say it's perfect sometimes the best poems are the ones you have to write and not really work towards. In all their un altered emotional glory lies the true heart of poetry, its not in the thesaurus or fancy, pretty words, just real feeling. Hope you're feeling better.
