Different souls

Different souls

A Poem by grayscale

Even though we are one of whole,

Our souls are wild

Ever changing and ever variant,

Like earth and its marvels,

Souls like tundra

Cold and bitter,

Souls like mountains,

Wise and reaching to the sky,

Souls like the dessert,

Shifting but ever reliant,

Souls like the forest

Full of life and knowledge,

And souls like the seas,

Churning within, unconquerable, and deep.

I like the way you have used different similies for describing soul. It was out of the box. Very nice poem.
