Where do I go?

Where do I go?

A Poem by Atreus

I head in so many directions
I go this way for a time
Then I go another

Each path has different rewards and consequences
Some seem enjoyble but quickly lead to destruction
Some primice rewards afar off but rarely seen
Some are difficult and show little improvement
Some are easy but go nowhere

I go in so many directions
Not knowing what is best

I head down many I think are right
But they come to an end

I head down a few that are wrong
But I soon turn back

I head down others not good or bad
They go on and on endlessly going nowhere

Sometimes paths have unexpected results
Sometimes good comes from what was a bad path
Others vanish or make a bad turn
New paths open
I wonder where they go

I like the concept of this poem, with the paths we take in life. Life isn't easy and you do a good job describing the difficulty that often arises, thanks for sharing
