Nostalgia

Nostalgia

A Poem by atom

Distorted synapses firing feelings of nostalgia
Nostalgia twisting memories in grey matter brain
The world was never simpler
I was
The world doesn't get more complicated
I do

Heheh, this is awesome! Nice small package with a huge punch to it. The closer was the strongest (in my mind). When I read them I was like "Wow...what an amazing closer." It all connects throughout and you did an excellent job writing.

So beautifully simple, yet clearly well thought-out. I like the emotion. :)

The first two lines are really excellent, they catch the reader's attention :) And the message is really clear.
