Something I Did

Something I Did

A Poem by Xanthous Crow
"

. . . . ........

"

Sleepless night, sleepless night
Going over our conversations
Word for word
Back and forth, back and forth
And I'm tired
Did I do something?
Was it something I said?
Or maybe it was something I didn't do?
I think I've been adequate....
Never cruel, I think,
Waiting on you.
Whatever it was I did do
I'm not sorry
