Mr. Sunshine

Mr. Sunshine

A Poem by Xanthous Crow

All I see are problems,
There are no solutions.
Is there something wrong with me?
Why do I only see the world in black and white?
(Mostly black)
I think there is something wrong.
Where has the color gone?
The enjoyment?
I can't seem to remember.

Sometimes you live in places where the clouds like hang.
Sometimes you get lucky and find a friend with the sun.
Sometimes though, you live your life in darkness and wonder
and sometimes, sometimes you find a flashlight, that lights itself at your feet.
Just have to find the switch. Not always easy.

Just look into the light
For another bright sight,
Then your black spectrum
Will merge, with all what is needed
for your retina to believe ;)

Lovely work,
