1002

1002

A Poem by At.lantïs
"

The unrequited love of a schoolgirl who wants to give up

"
I feel a stare from afar
It's probably just the back of my brain
Racking the reasons of why it couldn't be you
But this is the 1000th time I've said this to myself
Why does it always stay the same
I turn and look at you
Your face in distain
Why does it always stay the same
But your laugh goes spinning down my spine
So feel another scratch at the back of my brain
Now halfway full from those beautiful holes in your face
I turn and look at you for the 1001st time
My head in heartache as you gaze at her face
I remember why I'm afar
And she's not
I wish I could stop looking at you
Maybe after time 1002
