No Warmth in Her BreathA Poem by Frank F. Atanacioa ghost makes a realization...Her eyes were steady blinking, a ghost watched, as he seemed to be thinking, staring off into the dark, there was no light, but even in that deep night, the ghost could see her smile, so he stayed a while, her fear shaded, her smile faded, everything became a wreck, as he felt the heat of embarrassment crawl up his neck, he put his hand on her shoulder, she felt colder, there was no warmth in her breath then he realized she wasn’t life, she was death. © 2010 Frank F.
