A Night Of Infidelity

A Night Of Infidelity

A Poem by Frank F. Atanacio
"

A man reflects after spending a night with...

"

An odd reality would shout,

the same scene was played out,

satisfaction is what it was all about,

he picked up a prostitute,

parked in an isolated spot,

he was ready, she was hot,

a cold hearted woman, but a warm body,

it was enough, but it wasn’t a lot,

he dropped his pants,

and consigned his nether regions

to $25 worth of fellatio,

the prostitute was coached,

as a plain clothed police officer approached,

all of his thoughts crashed

when the police officer’s badge was flashed,

he panics,

then he was tossed to the ground,

then taken downtown,

a night of infidelity,

in jail he reflected on the relative joys

of marital fidelity.
