A Poem by Frank F. Atanacio
"

Fantasy

"

I kissed her lips,

clearly unsure,

as we stood

on opposite sides.

I kissed her lips

her ivory fangs displayed

and her eyes as cold

as a winter’s night.

I kissed her lips,

she touched my face,

human to demon

what a disgrace,

and once bitten,

I felt changed.

I've kissed my fair share of demons, I'd warrant!

This is a nice piece. Very fluid and easy to read.
