Nice to meet ya. Names Hatchet, Charles Hatchet. This letter will be illiterate to any computer machine so that they wont be able to track my location. Iv been shipped here to Europe to obtain valuable information on a matter that quiet frankly isnt any of your concern.  So listen closely.  Im on the east of Madrid. I believe Sr Sergeant Blake & his comrades are hiding out in a nearby strip joint. Blake may know valuable information that I must obtain. But he is monitored around the clock by his men. I somehow need to find away to strip him from his security, long enough to attach the Memory Crafter that Dr. Page built for a situation like this.
