Wisteria In Her Hair

Wisteria In Her Hair

A Poem by Celestine Astraea Firestorm
"

For Iris, Goddess of Rainbows

"

Rainbows shine from her eyes
Wrapped in a curtain of color
All shades together but separate
Prism visions swirl
Star glitter coats her skin
Gold one second, silver the next
A mixture of not one, but two
Glistening across her cheeks
Her smile is as bright as our iridescent sun
Compelling any heart to melt
Wisteria in her hair
A comforting scent
Iris, take me along with you
On your next trip to the heavens
