Mother Nocturnus

Mother Nocturnus

A Poem by Lord Chernabog

Amorous night; how alluring are thee?
Engulfed of misty artistry
The stars: a nocturnal delicacy
Ravish me in lavish beauty
For I am but a lone bat
Whose wings are frayed by day-
I am the starving, cave-plutocrat!
When the sun shines dismay
