Pressing Piano Keys.A Poem by Karina AndersonAuthor's Note.Black on white; slim and slender. Delightful sounds returns to sender. Back arched, fingers bent, pressing down. Mired explosion of beautiful sound. Infectious tune draining from the player. Piano tells the story, none could uncover. Picking up speed; sound becomes refined. Louder, with power, leaked from mind. Out comes all the truth that none could say. Musical infatuation, the need to play. Reverberation; filling up sunken souls. Till’ they are whole once more, reached goals. Intricate finger movement, hypnotizing. Draw
the bridge to a close, realizing. Pressing down piano key " free the music. Express yourself: Take hold and lose it. © 2011 Karina AndersonAuthor's Note
