Trapped

Trapped

A Poem by La'-Asia

I am that eerie feeling. That cold, dark corner in the midnight black alley. I am that child called "it". That unheard soul of the world. The tired entrapment of an endangered species. Calamity and deceit wreck havoc on my world. Held down, the muffled screams of a child broken. An untold story. Truth and lies mixed. Unbalanced. Undefined. Plagues, crazed, incomplete. Hearing the embedded cries of fallen souls.
I stand there eyes blackened with deceit, body torn apart, the scars of unhealed precedents. Looking toward the future. Toward the door, the dark hole, the black vortex. In-taking everything. Spinning it into an unknown universe.
Bound in chains, already wanting things to change. To drastically breakaway. Yet I was unwantedly born with no wings...

A nice poem .
I like the lines:
That unheard soul of the world.
Bound in chains ,
already wanting things to change.
