Fleeting moment

How now...one wants to just remain...in the very moment....not wanting to move ahead

Don't want to talk about tomorrow
Don't want to think about the next thing
Don't want to know what the future holds
Or how in the coming years my life unfolds
Because right now I am looking
at this fleeting moment
Breathing, Living for this very
second
Dont know if tomorrow there'll
come a storm,
Or if the sun decides, to never rise
But right now the waves are calm
right now I'm still feeling the
warmth
What if I decide not to cross over
the river
Because the view from here is so
much better
Don't want this song to end
Why cant I just choose to pretend
I want to stay like this forever
I may sound like a fool,
but who wants to be clever
