Shut me Off...Please

When you see yourself ruin the very thing you love the most.When your every word,action and reaction makes it all the worse.That's when you realise.The only way to save this,to keep this...suppression

And in the end it only works

when you hold the monster down.

Nothing gets out and no one

sees inside.

All safely locked away.

Author's Note

A little sth I wrote a couple months ago which I think is perfect for the "Pain" contest. May be small but overfull. Any opinions I'd be happy to take in!

Very true, but it's hard to hold the monster down because we hardly find the courage or strength to do it... Pain and suffering is a very common thing at this moment and your poem shows truly the pain... Excellent job, short and to the point...
