In the meadowA Poem by Ashley ArmstrongA lullaby I made up for a story I'm writing
Down in the meadow where bluebirds fly
Singing their song, a lullaby They soar on the wings of a melody Above the flowers so lovely Down in the meadow the sun is gold The colors of the blooms pretty and bold Down in the meadow, time for sleep Time for bed child, don't you weep Time to close your eyes and rest your head Sleep now child in your bed The blue birds are nesting While you're resting Down in the meadow where blue birds fly Singing their song, a lullaby © 2013 Ashley ArmstrongReviews
