screaming inside

Screaming inside of me, angry upset pissed off all these emotions raging inside of me I want to hit something, throwing something, sit here waiting going insane, in my mind thoughts racing just keep coming more and more, grip my head and just scream but nothing comes out feeling of weakness creeps in and I struggle again, trying to hold in my angry, trying to calm myself and more thoughts came again, it never stops, I have to fight and I'm losing the battle so this war I fight with myself will be over soon cant go on like this, losing myself more and more, losing control, what do I do, I just want to go numb so I feel no pain
