blanket fall over my head

its 3 am and i just can't sleep

i just got word

no longer will you hold me

no longer will i see you

no longer will you come to bed

 

The rain pours out my window

its freezing inside,

and i fall like breaking down

but i need my strength

never again will i hear your voice

 

The wind blows the door open

the breeze bring the smell of you

along with the warmth,

i know you are here

i call out your name

and the warmth surronds me evenmore

and the tears came down

because i realize that you will never leave me

you'll stay with me, watching over me

if only i can see you, if only you can talk to me

i never want to let you go

but its not fair for me to let you stay

you are no longer apart of this world

but i can't ask you to go

come to bed and stay with me
