Thoughts Over Coffee

Not everyone is going to understand your mindset and that’s ok. Maybe they just arent meant to. There are eople that you hang out with on Saturday nights over drinks and dancing and people that you hang out with on Sunday mornings with coffee or tea. In all though, you tend to cling to those who are more like minded. If you’re going through something you need that support from those who can understand or at least attempt to understand whats going on inside your head and your heart. Dont define your circle by its size. Its quality over quantity. Take care of yourself and surround yourself with those you know will take care of you.

You have some very helpful ways of thinking & processing life. I think I mentioned before how a message like this could be even more approachable if the "you" pronoun was replaced by "we" . . . This is about the right amount of helpful information to impart when writing something uplifting. Some people overdo it & make a list of 20 or 40 things. People get overwhelmed by such abundant advice. I think it's important to take little steps that we can maintain & make into daily habits before tackling the next self-improvement steps. That's why this is a nice bite-sized bit of thoughtfulness.
