Don't Tell Me

Simply, a poem.

 

Don’t tell me

It’ll be ok,

When you are crying-

Tears that make an ocean seem small,

Don’t tell me

You’ve forgotten,

 When vivid memories imprint your eyes,

I can see right past the facade-

And I see an empty room,

That used to be so full,

Don’t tell me

You’ll be fine,

I can feel your pain,

Thats torn you apart,

 

and broken you beyond any repair

 

And I can see it,

When I look in the mirror.
